The following are our most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer to your question here, please don't hesitate to get in touch - we are always happy to help
What time can we check in?
Your cottage will be ready for you from 4pm on arrival day. If you get to the area early, why not spend a bit of time on the beach or stop off at one of our local pubs and cafes. You are also welcome to park at the cottages and go for a walk. On departure day we ask that you leave no later than 10am please - this will mean we have enough time to prepare the cottages for our next guests.
Do you allow dogs?
We are sorry but our cottages are pet free, so perfect if one of your group suffers with pet allergies.
What's included?
Our cottages are centrally heated by air -source heat pumps with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. The kitchens are fully kitted out with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob. The open plan living rooms have leather sofas, smart tv's and WiFi. Our prices include heating, power, bedlinen & towels. (Please bring your own cot bedding if you have requested the travel cot)
Where do we park?
There is ample space for you to park on the cottages gravel drive. There is room for 3 cars outside the Granary and 2 outside the Dairy. The nearest charging points for electric cars are 5 minutes away near Sainsbury, Tower Road, NR33 7NG
Are you family friendly?
Yes of course! We love having children to stay in our cottages. You can request a travel cot, high chair, stair gate and bed guard when you book (free of charge). Inside your cottage you will also find a change mat, child's toilet seat, potty, step stool, children's crockery, plastic tumblers and cutlery. Our cottages have a selection of board games, puzzles, toys and books and for outside fun there are garden games, ride on tractors, scooters and plenty of space to play.
Do we need to bring......?
Towels - we provide a bath sheet and hand towel per person, plus a kitchen towel and tea towels. Please bring your own swimming towels to use at the beach.
Hairdryer - there is a hairdryer in each bedroom
Ironing & Ironing Board - you will find these in the understairs cupboard
